ARE YOU REALLY LOCKED IN A ROOM?

No, you are not locked in a room.  The door that you enter the room through will NEVER be locked.  

IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT?

 Children under 6 years old are not allowed.  *The cost for children is the same price as adults.  Keep in mind that the rooms may be too scary for some children.  We  must have 1 adult 18 years or older in the room.  

 CAN WE LEAVE THE ROOM?

You may leave the room if you need to go to the restroom.  We just ask that you inform your guide before exiting the room.  Keep in mind, the timer does not stop.  The game will keep going without you.

DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNTS FOR TEAM BUILDING AND PARTIES?

Yes!  Our rooms are great for team building exercises and parties! We offer group discounts (groups of 24 or more)  for churches, birthday parties, police officers, military, state and government employees!   If you have a large group that would like to book multiple rooms, just give us a call and we will be happy to work out the arrangements with you!

DO I NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY?

Yes!  You need to arrive 15 minutes BEFORE your scheduled time for debriefing and to sign waivers.

CAN WE DO THE SAME ROOM AGAIN?

Yes you can but the rooms do not change.  Everything will remain the same.

DO I NEED TO BOOK ONLINE?

Booking online is the best way to make sure that you get the room and time that you would like.  Walk-ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee that a room will be available when you come in.  No walk-ins will be allowed after 8:30pm.  So book your room online if you are not a gambling person! 😉 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T GET OUT?

These rooms are designed to be challenging!  Sometimes people do not get out, especially if it is your first time or you are playing with just 2 people.  If you do not make it out, don't worry we will let you out.  Here are some tips:  Remember, we are here to help you so don't be afraid to ask for help?  It is seriously our only job!   We have unlimited clues and our staff can give you nudges to help you along the way if you are falling behind on time, if you are ok with nudges.  We want you to experience the whole adventure and have fun! 

ARE THE ROOMS SCARY?

All of our rooms will have jump scares!  Mostly loud noises and bangs.  The Paranormal Investigator room is more creepy than scary.  No one will ever jump out at you.   Your group will be the only people in the room.  We do not use live actors. It is nothing like a haunted house that you go to during Halloween.  Tomb Raiders will contain more loud noises, bangs, and surprises than our other rooms.

WILL WE HAVE TO SHARE THE ROOM WITH STRANGERS?

No, all of our rooms are private bookings only.   So your group will be the only ones in the room.  Once you book your room, we will block the rest of the room off for you.  If you need to add more players, simply bring them with you and they can pay once you get here.  The rooms are designed to hold 6 people, but we can fit up to 8 in each room, as long as you do not mind being a little cramped in the beginning. The Teleporter room will only hold 6 people.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

 All bookings and games are non-refundable. Cancellations, no-shows and late arrivals will not be reimbursed.  

DO I HAVE TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

No, you do  not need to have a Paypal account.  It will direct you to Paypal were you can either log-in, if you have an account, or click the button that says "Pay with debit or Credit card" if you do not have an account.  It may make you checkout as a guest and it will ask you for your email so that they can send you your confirmation and receipt.

CAN MULTIPLE ROOMS BE BOOKED AT THE SAME TIME?  

YES!  If you have a large group and would like to book both rooms to run at the same time, simply give us a call and we will be happy to block them for you, with a small deposit.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?  

Mon- 12pm - 6pm.    Thurs - 12pm - 6pm

Fri and Sat-  12pm - 9pm.   

 Sun- 12pm- 6pm

We are CLOSED on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
